Les boites \u00e0 membranes de INCA S.A. n\u2019auraient peut-\u00eatre jamais vu le jour si son fondateur, Monsieur Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Andr\u00e9 Baillod, n\u2019avait pas pr\u00eat\u00e9 une oreille attentive aux besoins de ses clients. C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son \u00e9coute et \u00e0 sa compr\u00e9hension de la client\u00e8le qu\u2019il a pu d\u00e9celer un axe d\u2019am\u00e9lioration essentiel pour ses boites : pour \u00eatre correctement prot\u00e9g\u00e9, l\u2019objet devait \u00eatre contenu et immobile.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

En plus de ses 25 brevets, notre entreprise abrite un savoir-faire unique : la pose d\u00e9licate et complexe de la membrane. Un geste qui requiert technicit\u00e9 et habilet\u00e9 et qui, encore aujourd\u2019hui, est pratiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la main par l\u2019\u00e9quipe de poseurs de membrane dans notre atelier de La Chaux-de-Fonds.<\/p>

La pose de la membrane demande plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience avant d\u2019\u00eatre totalement ma\u00eetris\u00e9e<\/p>

Extr\u00eamement difficile \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser, ce savoir-faire n\u2019est transmis qu\u2019aux candidats qui r\u00e9ussissent un certain nombre de tests en d\u00e9montrant une habilet\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re.
