We have succeeded in reducing our scrap rate by two-thirds, from 1.6 % in Q1 2024 to a record 0.52 % in January 2025. This performance marks a significant advance towards optimized and even more efficient production, reducing our environmental impact at the same time.

We invest in specialized production equipment to increase our efficiency and further limit our losses.
To sustain these efforts, we have also strengthened our internal quality control structure to guarantee even more sustainable and efficient production.

An eco-responsible approach for our customers
We offer two recycling solutions to extend the life of our boxes:
- Repair: giving a second life to your boxes
Send us your used boxes: we'll replace the membrane, hooks and hinges.
- Recycling: an ecological transformation
Some industries need new boxes and can't use repaired versions. That's why we've set up a recycling program:
You send us your used boxes (without stickers). Our partner, the Perce-Neige Foundation, dismantles each box. The materials are crushed and transformed into reusable raw materials.
