Inca S.A.'s membrane boxes might never have seen the light of day if its founder, Frédéric André Baillod, hadn't listened carefully to his customers' needs. Thanks to his ability to listen and understand his customers, he was able to identify a key area for improvement in his boxes: to be properly protected, the object had to be contained and immobile.

In addition to its 25 patents, our company draws on unique expertise in the careful and complex fitting of membranes. This operation requires technical expertise and dexterity and, to this day, is still carried out by hand by our team of membrane fitters in our workshop in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
It takes years of experience to learn how to properly fit a membrane
This expertise is extremely hard to master, and is only passed on to employees who have demonstrated their capability in a series of tests. Candidates showing potential are then trained in-house by more experienced colleagues.
